Delivery and Return Policy

Delivery Options:


Delivery will be to the address you specify upon purchase, and will require a signature on delivery.

Standard Service: We offer a standard shipping charge of £5 regardless of number of products ordered or the parcel size. We aim to dispatch your order within 48 working hours, payment verification and stock permitting. We anticipate it will take 3 to 5 working days for your order to reach you via Royal Mail Parcel Force or Courier Service from the time you place it.

Next Day Delivery: We offer a standard shipping charge of £8.50 for Next Day Delivery(by 1pm). The Service available Monday to Thursday for orders placed before 11am for delivery on next working day.

We deliver to all addresses in the UK, with the exception of the Channel Islands. We regret we are unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland or other overseas addresses.

Returns Procedure:

We hope our products will meet your expectation. However, if you change your mind about any products in your order you can return them within 10 days of Purchase for an exchange or refund.

  • Please inform us about the return through an e-mail mentioning why you are returning your products and if you would like an exchange or refund.
  • The products must be unused and in its original packaging including free leather key purse, original leather tag,dust bag and labels etc. All the above mentioned items should be in mint condition.
  • You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
  • When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
  • If you request an exchange we will contact you by telephone to refund the original order and action the exchange. This will involve placing a new order and taking payment details from you again.
  • Please note that the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable for exchanges and refunds.

Damaged or Faulty Goods:

All products displayed here are hand crafted and made to the highest standards.Please be reminded that leather is a natural product and a level of marking on the hide is normal.

For return and refund, products will only be considered if faults are caused by manufacturing or the material used. It does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse. Where products do not perform to expected quality please contact us. We will replace or fully/partially refund the item and refund any return postage costs. ( please use Form on Contact Us Page)
